The BNI IOL-104-S01-K021 IO-Link hub, order code BNI0022, uses the IO-Link 1.0 interface and operates with 18...30.2 VDC. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector with 4 pins and A coding. The hub provides 8 connection slots, each with an M8x1 female connector and 4 pins, and has 16 digital inputs with PNP, Type 2 characteristics. The inputs and outputs are not configurable. Single-channel monitoring is provided, and the total sensor current US is 4 A.
The hub has a PBT, GF housing with dimensions of 30 x 24 x 129.5 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 10 ms and 4 bytes of process data IN.
