The BNI IOL-104-S01-Z012-C02 IO-Link hub, order code BNI005P, uses IO-Link 1.0 with a COM2 transfer rate of 38.4 kBaud. Its operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 is connected via an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded. The hub provides 8x M12x1 female connection slots, 5-pin, A-coded, and has 16x digital inputs, PNP, Type 2. The inputs/outputs are not configurable, while single-channel monitoring is provided. Identification uses 4 bytes, and the total sensor current US is 4 A.
The die-cast zinc housing is nickel-plated and measures 68 x 31.8 x 181.5 mm. The product is designed for an ambient temperature range of -5...70 °C and has IP67 protection when threaded in. The minimum process data cycle is 24 ms, and the total process data IN is 8 bytes.
