IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI005T
The BNI IOL-302-S01-K006 IO-Link hub, order code BNI005T, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface with COM2 transfer at 38.4 kBaud. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector with 4 pins and A coding. Eight M12x1 female connection slots with 5 pins and A coding are available. The hub provides 16 PNP digital inputs, Type 3, and 16 PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable, and single-channel monitoring is provided.
The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The total current for the sensor supply is 4 A, and the total current for the actuator supply is 4 A. The switching current is 16x 350 mA. Process data comprises 8 bytes IN and 2 bytes OUT, with a minimum process data cycle of 5.0 ms. The transparent PA housing measures 50 x 30.8 x 115 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C, and the IP rating is IP67 when threaded in.
