The BNI EIP-508-105-Z015 IO-Link master, order code BNI006A, has an Ethernet/IP interface and IIoT interfaces for REST API and MQTT parsed. It provides eight IO-Link auxiliary interfaces with Type A port class and IO-Link version 1.1.3. The unit has eight M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots, 16 PNP digital inputs of Type 3, 16 PNP digital outputs and configurable inputs/outputs. The maximum output current is 2 A. A display is integrated.
The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 and COM 2 each use an M12x1-Female, 4-pin, D-coded connection. The supply voltage IN connection is 7/8"-Male, 4-pin, and the supply voltage OUT connection is 7/8"-Female, 4-pin. The current sum is 9.0 A for US, sensor, and 9.0 A for UA, actuator. The zinc die-cast housing measures 68 x 37.9 x 224 mm and is designed for ambient temperatures from -5...70 °C; the IP rating is IP67.
