Visual signaling devices – BNI007T
The BNI IOL-800-000-Z036 visual signaling device, order code BNI007T, operates as an indicator light with an IO-Link 1.1 interface. It has an operating voltage of 18...30.2 VDC and connects via an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connection. The device has a maximum of one segment. Predefined colors are Yellow, White, Green, Blue, Red and Orange; additional colors can be configured. The function indicator supports Runlight Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode, with the function indicator setting available for configuration.
The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 117 mm. The housing consists of transparent PC with Cu 15 µm and Ni 15 µm, and die-cast zinc. Mounting is performed with M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Communication uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms and 1 byte of process data OUT.
