The BNI IOL-801-000-Z037 visual signaling device, order code BNI0086, combines an indicator light with a sound module and uses an IO-Link 1.1 interface. It operates at 18...30.2 VDC and connects via an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connection. The unit has a maximum of three segments. Predefined colors are Yellow, White, Green, Blue, Red and Orange; additional colors are configurable. The function indicator supports Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode. Function indicator and volume are adjustable, with a volume of 95 dB at a distance of 1 m.
The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 234.5 mm. The housing consists of transparent PC with Cu 15 µm and Ni 15 µm, and die-cast zinc. Mounting is performed using M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP30. Communication uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms and 3 bytes of process data OUT.
