The BNI IOL-801-102-Z036 visual signaling device, order code BNI0088, operates as an indicator light with an IO-Link 1.1 interface. It has a 18...30.2 VDC operating voltage and connects via an M12x1 male, 4-pin connection. The device supports up to three segments with predefined colours yellow, white, green, blue, red and orange, as well as additional configurable colours. Its function indicator provides Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode; the function indicator is configurable.
Expanded process data is available. The process data cycle is at least 7.2 ms, with 1 byte of process data IN and 8 bytes of process data OUT. The transfer rate is COM2 (38.4 kBaud). Measuring 60 x 60 x 213 mm, the housing consists of transparent PC with Cu 15 µm and Ni 15 µm, and die-cast zinc. Mounting is performed using M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the enclosure rating is IP65.
