The BNI IOL-309-002-Z019 IO-Link hub, order code BNI0093, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface with COM2 transfer at 38.4 kBaud. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded. Eight M8x1 female connection slots, each with 3 pins, are provided. The hub has eight PNP digital inputs of Type 3 and eight PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable, and an extension port is available.
The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The total sensor current US is 4 A, while the total actuator current UA is 4 A. Switching current is 8x 300 mA. Process data comprises 1 byte IN and 1 byte OUT, with a minimum process data cycle of 3.5 ms. The housing is nickel-plated die-cast zinc. Dimensions are 30 x 32.8 x 132 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C, and the IP rating is IP67 when threaded in.
