IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00AF
The BNI IOL-311-002-K006 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00AF, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 uses an M12x1 male, 4-pin, A-coded connection. The hub provides 8x M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots, 16x NPN Type 3 digital inputs and 16x NPN digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable, and an extension port is provided. The current sum is 4 A for the sensor supply US and 4 A for the actuator supply UA. Switching current is 16x 200 mA.
The housing is made of transparent PA and measures 50 x 30.8 x 115 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 3.5 ms, 2 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
