The BNI IOL-302-002-Z046 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00AU, features an IO-Link 1.1 interface. COM 1 is connected via an M12x1 male, 4-pin, A-coded connection. The hub has 16 M8x1 female, 3-pin connection slots, 16 PNP Type 3 digital inputs and 16 PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable, and an extension port is provided. The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The transfer rate is COM2 (38.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 4.0 ms, 2 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
The current sum US for sensors is 4 A, and the current sum UA for actuators is 4 A. The switching current is 16x 300 mA. The housing material is die-cast zinc, nickel-plated, nickel-plated.
