The BNI IOL-302-S02-R026-008 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00CJ, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 is provided via an M12x1-Male, 4-pin, A-coded connection; the supply voltage IN uses a 7/8"-Male, 4-pin connection. Eight M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are available. The hub provides 16 PNP digital inputs, Type 3, and 16 PNP digital outputs. Inputs and outputs are configurable, and an extension port and single-channel monitoring are provided. The additional function is alternative process data maping.
The current sum US for sensors is 9 A, while the current sum UA for actuators is 9 A. The switching current is 16x 2 A. The housing consists of PBT, GF30, and 1.4404 stainless steel inserts. Dimensions are 68 x 39.1 x 183.5 mm, with an ambient temperature range of -5...70 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transfer uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 6.0 ms, 6 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
