The BNI IOL-302-002-Z042 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00CM, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 uses an M12x1-Male, 4-pin, A-coded connection. The hub provides 8x M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots. It has 16x PNP, Type 3 digital inputs and 16x PNP digital outputs, with configurable inputs/outputs. An extension port is available.
The current sum US for sensors is 4 A, while the current sum UA for actuators is 4 A. The switching current is 16x 2 A. IO-Link communication uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 4.4 ms, 2 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
