Network modules with multiprotocol – BNI00K6
The BNI XG5-508-1B5-Z067 network module, order code BNI00K6, supports Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT and Modbus TCP. Its IIoT interfaces are REST API, MQTT parsed and OPC UA. Eight IO-Link interfaces with IO-Link version 1.1.4 and Port Class Type A are provided. The module has a display, configurable inputs/outputs, Safety Hub Support and a maximum output current of 4 A. It provides 16 PNP Type 3 digital inputs and 16 PNP digital outputs.
The operating voltage is 18...30 VDC. COM 1 and COM 2 each use an M12x1-Female, 4-pin, D-coded connection. The supply voltage IN connection is M12x1-Male, 5-pin, L-coded, and the supply voltage OUT connection is M12x1-Female, 5-pin, L-coded. Eight M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are available. The sensor current sum US is 16 A, and the actuator current sum UA is 16 A. The die-cast zinc housing is nickel-plated and measures 68 x 32 x 224 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C, and the IP rating is IP67. The scope of delivery includes a grounding strap and M4x6 screw; label plates and port cover are not included.
