Network modules with multiprotocol – BNI00L1
The BNI XG1-505-0A5-R067 network module, order code BNI00L1, supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT and Modbus TCP, with REST API and MQTT for IIoT communication. Eight M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots provide 8x IO-Link auxiliary interfaces with Port Class Type A. The inputs and outputs are configurable; the digital signal specifications comprise 16 PNP Type 3 inputs and 8 PNP outputs. The IO-Link version is 1.1.4. The module operates at 18...30 VDC, with a maximum output current of 0.25 A and a sensor supply current sum of 4 A. COM 1 and COM 2 use 4-pin, D-coded M12x1 female connections. Supply voltage IN and OUT use 5-pin, L-coded M12x1 male and female connections, respectively. The plastic housing has stainless steel inserts and dimensions of 68 x 38.3 x 226.2 mm. The ambient temperature range is -40...70 °C, and the IP ratings are IP68 and IP69K. The module has no display. The scope of delivery includes a grounding strap and an M4x6 screw; label plates and a port cover are not included.
