Standard IO-Link sensor/actuator hubs (Black Line)
IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00L5
The BNI LH5-314-S52-R071 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00L5, uses IO-Link 1.1.4 with COM3 (230.4 kBaud) and a minimum process data cycle of 2 ms. It has an M12x1 male, 4-pin, A-coded COM 1 connection, an M12x1 male, 5-pin, L-coded supply voltage IN connection, and eight M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots. The hub provides 16 PNP/NPN digital inputs, Type 1 and Type 3, and 16 PNP digital outputs. Inputs/outputs are configurable for PNP operation and not configurable for NPN operation. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are provided.
Operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The total sensor current is 2 A and the total actuator current is 16 A. Switching current comprises 12 x 2 A and 4 x 4 A. Process data comprises 12 bytes IN and 2 bytes OUT. The PBT GF30 housing has 1.4404 stainless steel inserts and dimensions of 68 x 38.3 x 183.5 mm. Ambient temperature is -25...60 °C, and the rating is IP67 when threaded in. Functions include vibration, internal temperature, device discovery, basic statistics, counters, signal monitoring, logic blocks, variant configuration, and voltage and current monitoring.
