Visual signaling devices – BNI00LK
The BNI IOL-812-205-K037 visual signaling device, order code BNI00LK, combines an indicator light, sound module and StrobeLight. It uses IO-Link 1.1 with COM3 (230.4 kBaud), a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms, 1 byte process data IN and 24 bytes process data OUT. The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC, and connection is via an M12x1-Male, 5-pin connector. Up to six segments are available. Predefined colors are Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Magenta, Cyan, White and Orange; additional colors are configurable.
The available functions are Segment, Fill level, Runlight, Flexible and Ultimate. Display, Strobe light and Volume can be set, with Extended mode as an additional function. The volume at a distance of 1 m is 95 dB. The dimensions are 60.6 x 60.6 x 303.9 mm. The housing consists of transparent PC and PBT GF30. Mounting uses a Nut M18x1. The ambient temperature range is -25...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65.
