The BOS 18E-PA-PR30-S4, order code BOS023Y, is a photoelectric sensor in the 18E series with retroreflective optical operation. It has a divergent beam characteristic and uses red LED light. The light spot size is Ø 300 mm at 7 m, while the sensing range is 5 m. Its dimensions are Ø 18 x 75 mm. The interface provides PNP: normally open (NO) and PNP: normally closed (NC). Connection is made via a 4-pin M12x1 male connector, and the operating voltage is 10...30 VDC.
The housing is made of 1.4404 stainless steel and the sensing surface of PMMA. The sensor has the special characteristic Washdown. Approval and conformity include Ecolab, cULus, CE, UKCA and WEEE.
