The BAW M08EI-UAD25F-BP03 inductive distance sensor, order code BAW000W, has an M8x1 housing with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 51.5 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and provides a range of 0.5...2.5 mm. The analog output is a voltage signal of 0...10 V with a falling characteristic on approach. The –3 dB limit frequency is 1000 Hz. Repeat accuracy per BWN is ±10 µm, and maximum non-linearity is ±60 µm.

The housing is made of stainless steel, while the sensing surface is made of PBT. The sensor has a 3.00 m PUR cable connection and operates with 15...30 VDC. The ambient temperature range is -10...70 °C, and the IP rating is IP67. Approvals and conformity include CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
