Inductive distance sensors – BAW0017
The BAW M12MF2-UAC40F-BP03 inductive distance sensor has the order code BAW0017 and a cylindrical M12x1 housing measuring Ø 12 x 65 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and provides a range of 1...4 mm. The sensor features an analog voltage output of 0...10 V with a falling output characteristic on approach. Its limit frequency at –3 dB is 500 Hz, with a repeat accuracy per BWN of ±10 µm and a maximum non-linearity of ±90 µm.
The housing is made of nickel-plated brass, while the sensing surface consists of PBT. Connection is provided by a 3.00 m PUR cable. The operating voltage is 15...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -10...70 °C. The sensor has an IP67 rating. CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE are included under approval and conformity.
