Inductive distance sensors – BAW004E
The BAW M12MM-UAC70G-BP00,2-GS04 inductive distance sensor, order code BAW004E, has an M12x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 12 x 63 mm and is designed for non-flush installation. Its measuring range is 0.2...7 mm. The sensor provides an analog voltage output of 0...10 V with a falling-on-approach output characteristic. The limit frequency at –3 dB is 1000 Hz. Repeat accuracy per BWN is ±7 µm, and maximum non-linearity is ±70 µm.
The housing is made of nickel-free-coated brass, with an LCP sensing surface. Connection is provided by a 0.20 m PUR cable with an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connector. The operating voltage is 15...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -40...80 °C. The sensor has IP68 protection and CE, UKCA and cULus approvals, with WEEE conformity.
