Inductive distance sensors – BAW0067
The BAW M12MG-ICC70G-BP02 inductive distance sensor, order code BAW0067, has an M12x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 12 x 48 mm and is intended for non-flush installation. Its measuring range is 0.2...7 mm. The sensor provides an analog current output of 4…20 mA with a falling-on-approach output characteristic. The –3 dB limit frequency is 1000 Hz. Repeat accuracy per BWN is ±7 µm, and maximum non-linearity is ±70 µm.
The housing is made of brass with a nickel-free coating, while the sensing surface is made of LCP. Connection is provided by a 2.00 m PUR cable. The operating voltage is 16...30 VDC, and the sensor is designed for an ambient temperature of -40...80 °C. The IP rating is IP68. Approvals and conformity include CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
