The BES M12MI-NOC40B-S04G inductive sensor, order code BES004Z, has an M12x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 12 x 65 mm and is designed for flush mounting. Its sensing range is 4 mm, with an NPN normally closed (NC) switching output and a switching frequency of 2500 Hz. The housing is made of brass with a nickel-free coating, while the sensing surface is made of PBT.

The sensor has a connector with an M12x1 male, 4-pin connection and operates with an operating voltage Ub of 10...30 VDC. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. The sensor has an IP68 rating and carries CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE approvals or conformity markings.
