Inductive proximity switches and proximity sensors – BES0495

The BES M18MI2-PAH80B-S04G inductive sensor, order code BES0495, has an M18x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 18 x 83 mm and is designed for flush mounting. Its sensing range is 8 mm. The sensor provides a PNP switching output with normally open/normally closed (NO/NC) functionality and a switching frequency of 1000 Hz. The housing is made of nickel-free coated brass, while the sensing surface is made of PBT.

Connection is provided via a 4-pin M12x1 male connector. The operating voltage is 10...55 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. The sensor has an IP68 rating. CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE are listed as approval and conformity characteristics.
