Inductive sensors for hazardous areas – BES05L3

The BES M18MF2-PSC80F-BV02-EXD inductive sensor has the order code BES05L3 and an M18x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 18 x 69 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and has a range of 5.5 mm. The switching output is PNP normally open (NO), with a switching frequency of 300 Hz. The housing is made of nickel-plated brass, while the sensing surface consists of PA/POM. Connection is provided by a 2 m PUR cable. The operating voltage is 18...27 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -20...60 °C. The Ex categories are ATEX: 1D (EPL Da), ATEX: 1G (EPL Ga), ATEX: 2D (EPL Db), ATEX: 2G (EPL Gb), ATEX: 3D (EPL Dc) and ATEX: 3G (EPL Gc). The sensor has IP67 protection and CE, UKCA, IECEx, ATEX and WEEE approval or conformity.
