The BGL 120A-103-S49 fork sensor, order code BGL008J, has dimensions of 10 x 140 x 93 mm and a fork opening of 120 mm. It operates as a through-beam sensor with a collimated beam and laser red light. The light spot size at the light exit is Ø 0.3 mm.

The sensor supports IO-Link Device 1.1.3 and provides a Push-Pull switching output configurable as NO (PNP) or NC (NPN) in standard operation. Its connection is a 3-pin M8x1 male connector. The housing consists of black-coated die-cast zinc, PUR and PA 6.6; the sensing surface is coated glass. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. Approvals and conformity markings are CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
