Fork sensors and angle sensors – BGL008M
The BGL 5A-107-S49 fork sensor has dimensions of 10 x 25 x 54 mm and a fork opening of 5 mm. Its optical principle is through-beam sensing with a divergent beam characteristic and LED infrared light. The light spot size at the light exit is Ø 1.7 mm. The sensor operates with 10...30 VDC and connects via a 3-pin M8x1 male connector.
The interface uses IO-Link Device 1.1.3. For standard switching operation, the sensor provides a Push-Pull output with NO (PNP) and NC (NPN) switching logic. The housing consists of black-coated zinc die casting, PUR and PA 6.6, while the sensing surface is made of glass. CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE are provided as approval and conformity markings.
