The BIC 2B0-ITA50-M30MF1-SM4A5A, order code BIC007E, is an inductive coupler for IO-Link signal transmission with a bi-directional signal type. It comprises a remote component and supports IO-Link 1.1 with a transfer rate of COM2 (38.4 kBaud). The transmission distance is 0...10 mm. Connection is provided by a 5-pin M12x1 female connector. The output voltage is 24 VDC, with a rated output current of 0.65 A and a maximum output current of 5 A / 0.12 ms.
The housing is made of coated brass and has dimensions of Ø 30 x 72.1 mm. The coupler is designed for an ambient temperature range of -5...55 °C and has an IP67 rating. Its additive cycle time is Device + 2.0 ms. Process data IN and process data OUT each support 0…32 bytes. SIO mode is supported.
