The BIS L-102-05/L is an LF RFID tag for 125 kHz operation with read/write communication. It has a diameter of 50 mm and a height of 1.6 mm. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 4 Byte, while User data provides 192 Byte with read/write access. The memory type is EEPROM, and the antenna is round. Installation options are metal-free (clear zone), on metal and flush in metal. The storage temperature range is -40...95 °C, and the ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C.
