HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS0042
The BIS M-105-02/A is an HF RFID tag for 13.56 MHz applications with a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 11.98 x 6 mm. Its UID serial number is read-only and has a length of 8 Byte. The tag uses FRAM memory and supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers. User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access.
The tag has an epoxy-resin/fiberglass, GF housing and an IP67 rating. Installation options are metal-free (clear zone), on metal and flush in metal. The ambient temperature range for which the tag is designed is -25...70 °C, while its storage temperature range is -25...85 °C. The BIS M-105-02/A conforms to CE, UKCA and WEEE requirements.
