The BIS M-150-02/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS004F, belongs to the HF (13.56 MHz) product group and has a rod antenna. Its dimensions are 22 x 6.5 x 40 mm. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and features a read-only UID serial number with a length of 8 Byte. FRAM memory provides 2000 Byte of User data with read/write access.
