The BIS M-191-02/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS00NZ, operates in the HF (13.56 MHz) product group. It measures 24 x 21 x 24 mm and has a rod antenna. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and contains FRAM memory. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access.
