IO-Link valve interface – BNI006N
The BNI IOL-751-V08-K007 IO-Link valve interface, order code BNI006N, is designed as a Power Aux valve terminal connector. Its application is Festo with D-Sub female, 25-pin, GND on Pin 25; Bosch Rexroth LS04; Bürkert Type 8640. The interface is IO-Link 1.1 with a COM 1 connection using an M12x1-Male, 5-pin, A-coded connector and a cable length of 0.6 m. The interface provides 24 outputs and a current sum UA, actuator of 4 A. Its function is a 4-pin connection with Power Aux on Pin 2.
The PA housing measures 53 x 61 x 12.5 mm. The operating voltage Ub is 18...30.2 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C. The IP rating is IP40, plugged in. The transfer rate is COM2 (38.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 3.5 ms and 4 bytes of process data OUT.
