The BNI IOL-802-000-Z036 is a visual signaling device with an indicator light principle of operation and an IO-Link 1.1 interface. Its operating voltage Ub is 18...30.2 VDC. Connection is provided by an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connector. The indicator light has a maximum of five segments. Predefined colors are Yellow, White, Green, Blue, Red and Orange; additional colors are configurable. The function indicator supports Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode, with the function indicator available as the setting. The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 309 mm. Housing materials are PC, Transparent, Cu 15 µm, Ni 15 µm, and die-cast zinc. Mounting uses M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Data communication uses COM2 (38.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms and 3 bytes of process data OUT.
