IO-Link Master - Intelligent interface for your automation – BNI008C
The BNI CIE-508-105-Z015 IO-Link Master, order code BNI008C, uses CC-Link IE Field as its interface and has eight IO-Link auxiliary interfaces. The IO-Link ports are Type A and support IO-Link version 1.1. Eight M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are available. Digital signal functionality comprises 16 PNP, Type 3 inputs and 16 PNP outputs; the inputs and outputs are configurable. COM 1 and COM 2 each use an M12x1-Female, 8-pin, X-coded connection. The supply voltage IN connection is a 7/8"-Male, 5-pin connector, while the supply voltage OUT connection is a 7/8"-Female, 5-pin connector.
The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC, and the maximum output current is 2 A. The current sum is 9.0 A for the sensor supply US and 9.0 A for the actuator supply UA. The housing is made of nickel-plated die-cast zinc. Dimensions are 68 x 37.9 x 224 mm, the ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C, and the IP rating is IP67.
