IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00AJ
The BNI IOL-719-002-Z012 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00AJ, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface with COM2 transfer at 38.4 kBaud. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male, 4-pin, A-coded connector. Eight M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are provided. The hub has eight analog inputs for voltage, current and temperature signals: 0…10 V, -10…10 V, 0…5 V, -5…5 V, 5...10 V, 4…20 mA, 0…20 mA, Pt100, Pt1000, thermocouple Type J and thermocouple Type K. The inputs and outputs are not configurable.
Operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The total current for linked sensors is 4 A, and the total current for linked actuators is 4 A. The die-cast zinc housing is nickel-plated and measures 68 x 31.8 x 181.5 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Minimum process data cycle time is 55 ms, with 22 bytes of process data IN and 1 byte of process data OUT.
