IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00AW
The BNI IOL-311-S02-K006-C01 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00AW, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1-Male, 4-pin, A-coded connector. The hub provides 8x M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots, 16x NPN, Type 3 digital inputs and 16x NPN digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are provided, with Identification 2 bytes as an additional function.
The current sum US for sensors is 4 A, and the current sum UA for actuators is 4 A. The switching current is 16x 200 mA. The transparent PA housing measures 50 x 30.8 x 115 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 6.0 ms, 10 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
