IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00AY
The BNI IOL-104-002-Z046 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00AY, uses IO-Link 1.1 and operates with 18...30.2 VDC. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin and A-coded. The hub provides 16 connection slots with M8x1 female connectors, 3-pin, and has 16 digital PNP inputs of Type 3. The inputs/outputs are not configurable. An extension port is available, and the total sensor current limit is 4 A.
The housing is made of die-cast zinc with a nickel-plated surface. The dimensions are 30 x 32.8 x 220 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transfer uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud. The minimum process data cycle is 3.5 ms, and the total process data input is 2 bytes.
