IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00CL
The BNI IOL-355-S02-Z013 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00CL, uses IO-Link 1.1 with a COM3 transfer rate of 230.4 kBaud. It has a 4-pin, A-coded M12x1 male COM 1 connection, a 5-pin 7/8"-male supply voltage IN connection and eight 5-pin, A-coded M12x1 female connection slots. The hub provides eight PNP Type 3 digital inputs and eight PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are not configurable, and single-channel monitoring is available.
The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The current sum US for sensors is 1.2 A, while the current sum UA for actuators is 9 A. The switching current is 8 × 2 A. Process data comprises 1 byte IN and 3 bytes OUT. The housing is nickel-plated zinc die casting and measures 68 × 32.4 × 181.5 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C, and the IP67 rating applies when threaded in.
