IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00F9
The BNI IOL-727-S51-P012 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00F9, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface with COM3 transfer rate at 230.4 kBaud. The COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male, 4-pin, A-coded connector. Eight M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are provided. The hub has eight PNP digital inputs of Type 1 and Type 3, eight PNP digital outputs, and four analogue inputs supporting 0…10 V, -10…10 V, 0…5 V, -5…5 V, 5...10 V, 4…20 mA and 0…20 mA. Inputs and outputs are configurable, and single-channel monitoring is supported.
Operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The sensor current sum US is 4 A, the actuator current sum UA is 4 A, and the switching current is 8 x 500 mA. Process data comprises 16 bytes IN and 1 byte OUT, with a minimum cycle of 3 ms. Features include vibration and internal temperature monitoring, device discovery, identification, operating hours counter, boot cycle counter, voltage and current monitoring, extreme environment status, storage usage monitoring and variant configuration. The PBT, GF30 housing has 1.4404 stainless steel inserts, dimensions of 68 x 38.3 x 183.5 mm, an ambient temperature range of -25...70 °C, and IP68 and IP69K protection when threaded in.
