IO-Link Master - Intelligent interface for your automation – BNI00HL
The BNI PG3-508-0C5-Z015 IO-Link Master, order code BNI00HL, uses Profinet as its interface and provides IIoT interfaces via REST API and MQTT parsed. It has eight Type A IO-Link ports, each with an M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection. The ports support IO-Link version 1.1.3 and configurable inputs/outputs. The digital inputs are 16 PNP, Type 3, and the digital outputs are 16 PNP. The maximum output current is 2 A. COM 1 and COM 2 use M12x1 female, 4-pin, D-coded connections. Supply voltage connections are provided as 7/8-inch male, 5-pin, for IN and 7/8-inch female, 5-pin, for OUT.
The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The current sum is 9.0 A for US, sensor, and 9.0 A for UA, actuator. Fast Start-Up (FSU) and Safety Hub Support are available. The module has no display, a nickel-plated die-cast zinc housing, dimensions of 68 x 37.9 x 224 mm, an ambient temperature range of -25...70 °C and IP67 rating.
