The BNI IOL-302-002-K006-015 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00K9, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male, 4-pin, A-coded connector. Eight M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are available. The hub has 16 digital PNP inputs, Type 3, and 16 digital PNP outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable, and an extension port is provided.
The total current for the sensor supply US is 4 A, while the total current for the actuator supply UA is 4 A. The switching current is 16x 350 mA. The housing is made of transparent PA and has a nickel-plated earthing lug with Sn2..4 µm. Dimensions are 50 x 30.8 x 115 mm. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. IP67 applies when threaded in. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 3.5 ms, 2 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
