IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00KC

The BNI IOL-315-012-K094 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00KC, features an IO-Link 1.1 interface with COM3 transfer rate at 230.4 kBaud. Its COM 1 connection is a 4-pin spring terminal. The hub provides 32 NPN digital inputs and 32 NPN digital outputs, with configurable inputs and outputs. Switching current is 32 × 500 mA.

The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The total current for the sensor supply, US, is 4 A, while the total current for the actuator supply, UA, is 4 A. Process data comprises 4 bytes IN and 4 bytes OUT, with a minimum process data cycle of 1 ms. The PA 6.6 housing measures 142.5 × 50.9 × 86.8 mm. The product is designed for an ambient temperature range of -20...50 °C and has an IP20 rating.
