IO-Link Master - Intelligent interface for your automation – BNI00L9
The BNI XG5-508-0B5-P067 IO-Link Master, order code BNI00L9, has the special characteristic Washdown. Its interfaces are Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT and Modbus TCP. IIoT interfaces comprise REST API, MQTT parsed and OPC UA. Eight IO-Link ports with Port Class Type A are available, using IO-Link version 1.1.4. The connection slots are 8x M12x1-Female, 5-pin, A-coded. Digital signals comprise 16x PNP, Type 3 inputs and 16x PNP outputs; the inputs/outputs are configurable. The maximum output current is 4 A.
COM 1 and COM 2 each use an M12x1-Female, 4-pin, D-coded connection. Supply voltage IN is connected through M12x1-Male, 5-pin, L-coded, and supply voltage OUT through M12x1-Female, 5-pin, L-coded. Operating voltage is 18...30 VDC. The current sum is 16 A for US, sensor, and 16 A for UA, actuator. The plastic housing has stainless steel inserts and dimensions of 68 x 38.3 x 226.2 mm. Ambient temperature is -40...70 °C, with IP68 and IP69K protection ratings. The module has no display, supports Safety Hub Support, and is supplied without label plates and port cover.
