Visual signaling devices – BNI00LL
The BNI IOL-811-205-K037 visual signaling device, order code BNI00LL, combines an indicator light with a sound module and StrobeLight. It has an IO-Link 1.1 interface, an operating voltage of 18...30.2 VDC and an M12x1-Male, 5-pin connection. The device supports a maximum of four segments. Predefined colors are Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Magenta, Cyan, White and Orange; additional colors are configurable. Function indicators include Segment, Fill level, Runlight, Flexible and Ultimate. The volume at a distance of 1 m is 95 dB. Settings cover Display, Strobe light and Volume, with Extended mode as an additional function.
The dimensions are 60.6 x 60.6 x 211.9 mm. The housing consists of transparent PC and PBT GF30, and mounting is provided by a Nut M18x1. The ambient temperature range is -25...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Data transfer uses COM3 (230.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms, 1 byte of process data IN and 16 bytes of process data OUT.
