The BNI IOL-812-205-K036 is a visual signaling device based on the indicator light principle and uses an IO-Link 1.1 interface. Its operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC, with an M12x1-Male, 5-pin connection. The device has a maximum of 6 segments. Predefined colors are Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Magenta, Cyan, White and Orange; additional colors are configurable. The function indicator supports Segment, Fill level, Runlight, Flexible and Ultimate. The setting is Display, and Extended mode is provided as an additional function. The dimensions are 60.6 x 60.6 x 303.9 mm. Housing materials are transparent PC and PBT GF30, with a Nut M18x1 mounting part. The ambient temperature range is -25...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Data transfer uses COM3 (230.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms, 1 byte of process data IN and 24 bytes of process data OUT.
