Retroreflective sensors – BOS02E3

The BOS 6K-UI-PT10-02 is a Series 6K retroreflective sensor with Washdown characteristics. It has dimensions of 12 × 34 × 21.6 mm and uses a divergent red LED beam. The sensor features transparency detection and autocollimation, with a light spot size of 40 × 40 mm at 1 m and a range of 0...2 m. Its IO-Link interface is Device 1.1.3; the sensor also provides a PNP/NPN switching output configurable as NO or NC. The input function supports key disable on/off and the same function as the button. The connection is a 2 m PVC cable. The housing is made of ABS, and the sensing surface is PMMA. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. Approvals and conformities comprise CE, UKCA, cULus, WEEE and Ecolab.
