Intelligent device integration and data acquisition
The intelligent processors utilize the widely used and cross-company standardized MQTT communication interface and REST API protocol to transmit factory data to higher-level IT systems. These widely-used open standards simplify implementation and standardization.The collected data is then evaluated in the MES or ERP systems to visualize results or generate instructions for action.
1. Read/write heads (LF, HF, UHF) of your choice can be connected to the 4 RFID ports of the BIS V IIoT for maximum flexibility in your application. Additional IO-Link devices can also be connected to the integrated IO-Link master port.
You can configure the BIS V IIoT and the connected components quickly and intuitively via the graphical user interface in the browser and the REST API. The new "Formatted reading" feature also allows you to convert your binary data from the data carrier into a desired format. This allows you to achieve seamless integration into your MES or ERP system. This is because the individual configuration of data structures, content and output formats makes additional conversion programs or manual reformatting superfluous.
Additional UHF tools, such as loop filters for data pre-processing and filtering or PowerScan, assist you in the commissioning and operation of your UHF applications.
The devices with compact L-coded M12 supply connections are standardized according to IEC 61076-2-111 and represent a future-oriented solution for your RFID applications. We also offer devices with a 7/8" connector.
