Inductive IO-Link couplers are now indispensable in a wide range of applications due to their wireless data and energy transmission. The new inductive couplers in stainless steel housings offer you the opportunity to use these features even under harsh conditions.
These inductive couplers score with up to 2 A continuous current output and an IO-Link interface. This enables the smooth and fast exchange of data between IO-Link device and IO-Link master as well as supplying power for sensors and actuators. A unique feature is the second and configurable IO-Link channel, which you can use for condition monitoring, including vibration monitoring. This allows you to detect deviations at an early stage and initiate countermeasures so that a plant shutdown does not occur.
The BIC M30 couplers with IP67 protection class and UL approval are particularly suitable for applications in robotics to control grippers or for use in flexible production turntables and packaging machines, with an operating temperature range of -5 to +70 °C.
The BIC G30 inductive couplers are for applications in washdown areas and settings with particularly high hygienic requirements. They not only have a housing that meets the requirements of the IP69K protection class, but they also have Ecolab and UL approval. In addition, these inductive couplers have an extended operating temperature range of -25 to +85 °C.
