With the new generation of our intelligent IP67 power supplies you get the best from one source: 1 & 3 phase devices in high power classes, IO-Link functionality for condition monitoring and remote parameterization and multiple outputs, available as 7/8" & M12 variants.

Decentralized, flexible, efficient

Our IP67 power supplies save costs and space by using shorter cables, low cable cross-sections and their small form factor. Decentralized installation directly in the field significantly reduces your planning, logistics and cabling costs. The IO-Link interface allows you remote parameterization and status monitoring.

Both the single-phase 360 W and three-phase 600 W devices supply your system with up to 12 A of continuous output current per channel. In power boost mode, they even provide up to 40 A total power for a short time, for example for start-up currents.

A perfect complement to our networking portfolio

With our new field power supplies you get a real power boost for our network modules. Due to the high power of up to 25 A of continuous current and a short time (5 sec.) boost to 40 A of total power, you can easily and completely supply two 16 A M12-L IO-Link master network modules (e.g. BNI00EN) or four 9 A 7/8" IO-Link master network modules (e.g. BNI005H) via daisy chain.

Of course, the field power supplies can also be combined with other Balluff solutions. So the supplies can also power RFID systems, cameras or I/O modules with auxiliary voltage. Even power-intensive actuators such as DC motors or valve terminals can be supplied with power directly in the field thanks to the power boost. This makes them the perfect power supply units for decentralized use, especially in large-scale systems or applications where a high degree of flexibility is required, such as in modular manufacturing concepts and fluid production. In addition to all IO-Link applications that go hand in hand with decentralized automation, these power supplies are also particularly suitable for logistics applications, conveyor technology, manufacturing cells and applications in the automotive and robotics sectors.
