A wide range of parameters can be logged and stored on the IO-Link memory module: from the operating data of a tool to the histogram of the temperature level during operation and the required performance level, to the number of tool cycles and error messages in the tool. In this way, supplementary information is always available in addition to the operating data during maintenance or repair in the factory.
